How we handle payments

What a genuine invoice looks like

Every invoice is issued by Demo Management Ltd (RC0000000) to your account on this site. It has an invoice number such as DC-2026-0001, a payment reference, the amount and currency, and the company's bank account for that currency.

You can check any invoice on the Verify an invoice page using its number and payment reference.

How to pay

Pay the exact total, in the currency on the invoice, to the account printed on it. Put the payment reference in the transfer narration. Then open the invoice in your account and add your transfer details. Finance checks the transfer against the company bank statement and emails you a receipt.

International transfers can carry bank charges. Please make sure the full invoice amount arrives.

What we never do

We never ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, money transfer app or direct message. We never ask you to pay a personal account. We never sell "fan cards", membership cards or priority access by message. Account changes are announced in your dashboard, never by email alone.
