We collect what you give us when you register (name, email, phone, country, optional city), the requests you make, the invoices issued to you and the transfer details you submit. We use them to run your account, respond to requests, issue invoices and confirm payments. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in.

Payment proof files are stored privately and seen only by finance staff. Invoices and payment records are kept for accounting even if you delete your account; they are anonymised when you do.

You can download your data or delete your account from your profile at any time. This notice is written with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 in mind; fans elsewhere may have additional rights.
